Section 21
Shareholders and Ownership Arrangements
(1) A shareholder of a commodity trading businessperson or a family member of his immediate family shall not be allowed to buy shares of another commodity trading businessperson.
(2) Other provisions related to shares or the ownership, sale or transfer of commodity trading businessmen shall be as prescribed.
